Although many of our residents purchase their homes for year-round use, some owners have placed their home on a rental list for your enjoyment.  You can rent one of these beautiful homes for a relaxing vacation any time of year. Independent rental companies run by our resident women offer a variety of rental homes and RV sites to satisfy your vacation plans and your budget.

All of the homes come equipped with local telephone and cable TV.  They are fully furnished including linens, cooking utensils, dishes and flatware.  Housekeeping is provided prior to each occupancy.

Having owned and sold 2 lots in Arizona, we came to see Carefree before the roads were in. We didn’t buy then. Later we met friends who drove down and bought immediately.
